   We had an excellent waiter (Jared). The house salad was to die for. Even though I prefer Lost Fire, I would return for their seafood and overall ambience.

   The Easter brunch was excellent, there was a wide variety of choices and all selections were very good. There are just two topics I would say that disappointed us, one, the breakfast choices was last in line next to the dessert which we thought was strange. I chose to get the meats and potatoes first then noticed the eggs and bacon. Not a big deal, they must know what they're doing. Second, there was a $20. "tax" on the bill with no explanation. I'm assuming it was a service fee along with the tax but it wasn't stated. My bad, I didn't say anything but if that was the case I feel it should have been on the receipt of what it truly was. All in all Ultramar is a great location and is always awesome when it comes to their food and service.

   Stability in quality and service make an establishment prosper and endure the ups and downs of the economy. Ultramar is here to stay because it possesses these qualities. For its sake and promising future, our economy must endure the chaotic winds from away. May this summer season include our friendly neighbors, the Canadians.

    Great food great ambience, our waitress was great except she got pulled down by a large party w 8 different credit cards. It took a while to figure that out, and as she passed our table she seemed to not even look over at us. I asked to see the wine list, and by the time she came back my dinner was done.
