Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Beautiful view right when you walk in, every seat you can have a beautiful ocean view! We came in last night to celebrate our anniversary and Carmen was our server and she made us feel so special! She gave us great recommendations on appetizers so we had to try them all! The fresh sashimi melted in my mouth, it was also served with fresh wasabi that they grated at the table for a special affect! The table side poke was so full of flavor and such a fun experience having Carmen add everything and make it for us at the table! I got the filet and it melted in my mouth!! She also recommended the scallops so we added a few on as a seafood pairing and wow those were amazing. We got the special dessert of the night the espresso creme brûlée and wow that was one of the best desserts that I have ever had!! Great service, great views, and most importantly GREAT food!!

    It has been a dream of mine to come to Maui and go to Merriman’s. It did not disappoint. Between the service, ambience and food it was something I will not forget. I hope to come back soon.

    If you are looking for a nice place to have a dinner with great views, great service and great food, I highly recommend Merrimans. I saw great reviews the last time my family and I were in Maui that we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. We loved it so much that it will always be a restaurant that we will eat at every time we vacation in Maui!

    The restaurant has amazing views of the ocean. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The food was prepared to perfection and was delicious. It was a little pricey, but not ridiculous. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Maui.

    One of my favorites in Kapalua. Beautiful location . Try the Lobster. Only criticism would be the menu is limited.
