   With so many options in the North End we definitely will not return to this cluster mess of a restaurant. Upon arrival we were seated at a table quickly but after 17 minutes with no waiter service we had to get up and find the host (who was outside smoking a cigarette) and inform him we’ve been sitting for 17 minutes with no service. Soon afterwards a waiter came to our table and seemed disinterested to serve us. Food and drink order was placed, food came out quickly, no follow up from the waiter after the food was delivered and then after 20 minutes we needed to flag the waiter down to get our check. Check delivered was the wrong check so again we needed to flag down the waiter to correct the situation. Overall it was an awful dining experience and while the food was decent the service and attention provided to us as customers didn’t not even warrant a tip. Keep expectations low if you go to this restaurant.

   We always love coming here. Their special antipasto is the best! They do not rush you out.

   This was our 1st visit to Pagliuca's! The food was amazing! We were a party of 8, and all of us were extremely happy with the cocktails and ambiance! We were seated promptly and the waitstaff was attentive! We will definitely be back!

   Granted, I had not been there in 20 years, but always remembered the food as being as top notch. My recent visit was a bit disappointing. The food was fine...I just wasn't expecting "fine".

   was served vodka instead of water and nothing was compensated for. that could have been a child or someone in recovery from alcohol abuse.

   Great time. Took my wife and 2 kids for dinner on Valentine’s Day. They even had an Italian singer come in and sing .

   Some of the worst food and service I’ve ever had. 2 waitresses working the whole restaurant on a Saturday night. Food was terrible

    Unfortunately, we were very unhappy with our experience dining here. The food tasted like plastic and the limited liquor license made the drinks unenjoyable. For the price, we would have expected more.
