   Nordstrom Ruscello is consistently great. Their customer service & healthy/yummy fare for lunch at SCP can’t be beat. For our party of 7, lunch patio dining: -Food (salads, soup, turkey sandwhich, salmon) all consistently great 👍 -Amazing customer service & personal touch by Mgr Derek -Ladies lunch ambiance: he set us up with multiple heat lamps, stylish table tops - our space looked great

   We were welcomed warmly by hostess Katie, who greeted us by name. Server Bryce was attentive and pleasant. He made sure we made our theater performance later. I had the portobello mushroom ravioli, and my husband the short rib dinner. Both were delicious, as was the flaky cheese and green onion biscuit.

   Amazing food as always! Great service! The server and team were on top of everything - cleared plates fast, filled water and even helped clean up a mess quickly when we spilled water. Love it here!

   Great service. A bit loud. The nook to the right next to the register should be designated for families with kids.

   I ordered my entree and waited quite a while. I heard another server confusedly looking at tables who eventually said the name of my entree but, before I had a chance to claim it, another guest at a table who were not speaking English, claimed the dish. After about 25 minutes, the manager came to my table and explained that my entree had mistakenly been served to another and that my entree was being prepared again. About 20 minutes later, my entree was served. When I finished, my waiter, who was quite apologetic, offered a complimentary dessert so I asked to see a dessert menu. About 10 minutes later he returned to see if I had made a decision to which I responded, "You haven't given me a dessert menu yet!" What should have been a 45 minute lunch lasted nearly 2 hours and if I hadn't requested my check when I ordered dessert, it would have been worse. This establishment suffers from a serious lack of management and training!

   Second visit wrong food delivered Asked to put one of the two televisions on the Rams football game as they both had San Francisco game on and no response didn’t even come back to say sorry it has to be on that channel
