   we were pleased with all aspects of our meal. The quality of the food was superior, the level of service exceptional, and the special Easter meal offered excellent value. The only issue which was negative, as always, was the parking, where as usual the attendant attempted to collect the dinner fee, while the signage specifically has different prices for lunch and dinner. The restaurant really needs to address this, as it is an irritant, and the last interaction one has before leaving

Leo is, without a doubt, a gem in the world of hospitality. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the menu and wine list, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personal touch—offering recommendations that were spot-on and ensuring that every course was timed perfectly. The food, as always at Capital Grille, was phenomenal. The perfectly seared steaks the sides the desert, every bite was memorable. The ambiance of the Brickell location added to the magic: refined, lively, and perfect for both intimate dinners and special celebrations. But what will keep us coming back—what truly set this experience apart—was Leo. He didn’t just serve us a meal; he crafted an experience.    As usual, The Capital Grille is an iconic steakhouse that always make us enjoy the dining experience at it’s best. We had wonderful dinner and great experience. Chef Jonathan made the steak tartare table side which was phenomenal and the other featured appetizer, tuna tataki, was beyond any other tuna we had before. Our meat was cooked perfectly medium rare as we requested and wine recommendations by managers Ryan and Oliver were absolutely amazing. Server did great job making us feel great.
