Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

    Wonderful experience. Jonty, our waiter was a delight and so helpful in our dinner experience. The food was amazing. The best we have tasted in all Spokane!

    Wed appreciate that the owner came up to talk to us! We enjoyed watching the young lady bartender during our dinner! The food was excellent! I enjoyed the Duck - the first I have had since having it in France! Ron and Marilynn

    The atmosphere and service are very good But the food is truly outstanding. The menu is varied enough but not overwhelming and every dish we've had at Wild Sage was excellent and different from any other restaurant. Prices are fair, not cheap, but the value is great.

    One of the best restaurants in Spokane. Definitely try the Meyer Lemon Chicken. It is AMAZING!
