   The entire Ember team went out of their way to recognize and celebrate my Father In Laws birthday. This started from the receptionist, waiter, General Manager and I believe one of the bar staff. As we were seated we were greeted with glasses of Champagne by our waiter AJ. AJ did a great job of answering questions and highlighting his favorites. I had the best Sazerac Manhattan. AJ brought several other appetizer treats to celebrate his birthday. The food was all fantastic and prepared perfectly. The courses were spaced out perfectly. We fine dine often and this was top of the shelf, food, service and ambiance. A job well done!

   The lamb and seabass were amazing!!! The small details were noted!!! First time dining here and we will be back!!

   Went on a reccomendation. Glad we did. Celebrated a birthday. One of the most pleasant outings in a long time. Amzing staff. Fantastic entertainment. Awesome food. Just go!

   Service was wonderful. We loved our seabass and scallops. Was somewhat disappointed with the soup of the day, lobster bisque. It was not a cream base, rather a red base. Tasted more like Manhatten clam chowder, but without the extra ingredients. Could not taste any lobster. Also, we noticed our bread got spongy right away after being served. To me that is a sign of microwaving to heat up, rather than fresh cooked oven bread.

   We celebrated 3 family birthdays and confirmed our belief that Embers is the best dining experience in Fountain Hills. The outstanding food is matched by their service and attention to detail. It’s a special place for special occasions! I highly recommend it!

   filter cooked perfect, sea bass astonishing. Service and waiter CJ was amazing. Great knowledge of menu and very attentive without being annoying. Great couples night.

   We had a great experience - food was outstanding (ribeye cooked to perfection, sea bass also). Servers were attentive.

   Food was fantastic! Had a vegetarian pasta (Pappa.... something) and added grilled shrimp on the side. Loved it! The shrimp cocktail was delicious as well. Love their cocktail sauce. Will be going back again. Its a great evening out. Dinner and then a little gambling if thats your thing. Thank you everyone at Ember for making a night out extra special. See you next time
