Burgers & steaks charbroiled~ super delicious. “Real” food , window seat on the strip. Great experience.

Excellent service from Catalina and staff. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Tasty bbq sauce on a fresh bun with tender pork. I added onion rings instead of fries and they were crunchy and soooo worth the $2 up charge. Partner had the Cowboy Burger and loved it-cooked to perfection as well as his fries. Modelo on tap hit the spot. All around excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Service was fine but it took 40 minutes to get our food, and it wasn’t very busy.

Had to wait too long for our 7:45pm reservation, IMO, but the staff was great, and while the food was delicious, we had to send back the creamed corn because it had red peppers in it that were not mentioned on the menu. But they credited us for that item. We were seated in the front, away from any of the things that Gilley’s is famous for, so the ambiance gets a lower rating. But overall, a fun Vegas dining option.

Gilley’s has good food at reasonable prices for Las Vegas. The location on the strip is great.

Service was great. Food was ok, we shared a lone star burger and fries, it was good. Also ordered onion rings, they were ok, about half were burnt and really thin onions. For $15 was expecting think onions. Burnt ones couldn't be eaten. Over all, food was meh but service was great.
