On the corner of NE 86th Street and Biscayne Blvd in Miami, is where you will find Pinch Kitchen+Bar. An open kitchen, wooden tables, black and white accents, and a chalkboard wall give this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features fresh produce, fresh proteins, and ingredients by always sourcing locally first for the best fresh taste. Offering a Full Bar, Craft Cocktails, Craft Beers, Wine, and Organic Wines. In addition to the À la carte menu, they offer daily specials and there is always one vegan option. Overall great experience again. The food is exceptional and I like the coziness of the restaurant. I particularly like that the music is not loud to allow for actual conversation with dinner companions. This is a great neighborhood restaurant and terrific meeting point for me coming from mid-beach and meeting friends coming from Ft Lauderdale.
