   Bangkok shrimp was amazing. Abigail was my server and she gave great recommendations. She was so helpful and informative when it came to the menu, as well as unity points and using my players card.

   They had no chicken fingers , no chicken sliders and other stuff when we got there !

   Food, atmosphere and servers were excellent. There weren’t many choices of places to eat in a Wednesday but the menu offered a variety of food for whatever you wanted.

   Service was ok. Seems since we had 8 people in our group and there was an automatic service charge they didn’t need to be attentive to us. Had to ask a few time for refills. Then the food ,we got the ribs which were great and large and meaty but I also ordered the Fajita trio. All I received was 3 shrimp 4 sliced pieces of chicken and steak. Definitely not worth the price. The loaded me with plenty of sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce. And the wraps were just warm and crusty like they were over microwaved. My friend got a beer with a souvenir cup to bring home. How they charged was $12 for the beer vs a regular alcoholic drink was $8. Really didn’t need to “souvenir” cup. Overall an ok visit. But is it worth the price no.

   We stopped eating here for awhile because the food quality lessened. Decided to give it another chance, and what a difference in the taste and quality of the meals. The ribs were so good again we took a full rack to go! The special smash burger melt was so much better than a hamburger. Even the fries were crisp and hot. The brownie sundae was devine.

   My husband and I eat @Hard Rock coffee every week, the food is good, the service can be slow and noisy, but we still enjoy ourselves there ,

   Only issue was that they discontinued Tator Tots and we didn't find out until after we ordered. For me, that can be a deal breaker as we were decided to eat either at the Cafe or the Buffet. Had I known beforehand, I would have chosen the Buffet. But if Tots aren't your thing, then you will be fine.

    We had reservations for 6:45 but weren't seated until 7:05 Apparently there was an unexpected volume of patrons, and we were seated in the back stage cafe adjoining the Hard Rock Cafe. There was a long delay in getting our orders and the when the appetizers and food came out, they were cold. When walked past the kitchen we noticed quite a lot of platters sitting there waiting. We later learned that they were short staffed with not enough wait staff to accommodate the number of patrons. HOWEVER, when told the waiter about it, they took the food back and redelivered it properly warmed or simply replaced it with properly heated food. The crispy shrimp appetizer was succulent, and my Tupelo chicken was crispy and not dried out. They have a nice gluten free menu which my husband was grateful for. The food was great, and our waiter was wonderful, and we greatly enjoyed conversing with him when he had the time. AND because of the delays and other problems we encountered they gave us a discount (1/2) on our bill. So, all and all, a delightful experience.
