    We had an unforgettable experience at Sushi Shin. Chef Shinji served incredible food and created such a lovely ambiance. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo and would love to come back next time I visit!

    これまで食べたお鮨のなかで間違いなく一番でした！ ノドグロや炙り大トロのウニ載せなど、どれも最高でした！ 料理の捌きも素晴らしく、貴重な体験が出来ました！ またいつの日か訪れたいです。

    Wonderful service and experience curated by Shin. It is an intimate space and his positive energy just makes the dining experience even more memorable. He has great relationships with people across the industry, resulting in the superior quality and deep care of his ingredients. Will absolutely come back.

    The best sushi I've ever had in my life. The sushi chef Shinji-san is very amicable and speaks very good English. I plan to come here every time I come to Japan, so don't take my seat!

    Just go before Michelin gives it a star and it becomes impossible to get in. Chef Shin is a superstar.

    An intimate omakase experience that we will remember forever. Shinju was phenomenal and had fantastic english skills which made our dinner a lot easier to enjoy/understand as he was able to describe each course in great detail. Each course was memorable and he combined traditional and modern sushi techniques throughout. We had great conversations with the 4 other guests (2 from Washington DC and 2 from Puerto Rico) and Shinju the entire time, which made our night even more enjoyable. Will definitely try to book again during our next trip to Tokyo…highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible experience.
