   Everything was awesome. Was a birthday dinner so I had some request. They contacted me before the dinner to explain the things they were able to do for me, we were texting and they were responding really fast. Food was awesome, Nonna our server was amazing, drinks were good, price for a 4 people dinner was 1k, not bottle of wine, just food and 4 drinks.

   The restaurant is beautiful and the food is good. The prices are too high for what is delivered. I was expecting to pay a lot, but I’ve had better food for about half the price. That’s my only complaint. If the prices were 30% less it would be a better fit. However, you won’t be disappointed as it was very good. Just not A+.

   I’ve eaten at Ser before, but the Easter experience was not good. I was surprised that a premier steak restaurant would not have one ounce of beef on the buffet. Food was average, got to the table cold. Even the dessert table was mediocre.

   The food was amazing! The steak was tender and juicy. Each one in our group ordered a different side and we shared the potato purée, Mac and cheese and the brûlée corn which was the favorite. Finished the meal with the German chocolate cake which was rich and decadent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

   The food, ambience and view were all spectacular. But what made our 20yr Anniversary dinner perfect was the amazing service. Our waitress was top-notched and took time to explain everything or answer questions. This will be an experience we’ll never forget thanks all to the SER staff!

    We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, hoping for a memorable evening — unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. To start with, the ambience was underwhelming. It lacked the charm and warmth you’d expect from a place known for fine dining. I had specifically requested a window table with a view of the Reunion Tower, but we were seated at a table next to the window with a view of nothing but traffic and roads — far from the experience we had hoped for. The food was good, which is probably the only redeeming part of the night. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The server did not listen to our food preferences properly, and the attitude came off as careless and unprofessional. When I asked about their signature or special cocktail, the server bluntly said there were none and that “people usually drink wine here.” This kind of presumptive attitude is unacceptable — not every customer drinks wine, and it felt like an indirect push to order it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. I expected much better hospitality and attention to detail. Sadly, we left the place feeling let down.
