Wonderful decoration of the room and the food itself. Very appealing. All very tasty ,discovering several taiwanese ingredients. Service time (beginning), choice of red wine can be improved we believe

The staff needs remedial training in the way tables are serviced in France. The cardinal rule in any French restaurant - whether recognized by Michelin or not - is that the table has ONLY those service items needed for that particular course in the meal. All other service items are removed after their role at the end of a particular course ends. For example, once the guests have washed their hands with that cute little towel on the cute ceramic tray, take them away! No one wants to look at them and no one needs them on the table after their use. Same thing for empty wine glasses, bowls, plates, silverware. Take them away after the course has finished! I'm looking at you, empty bread plates and the spread for the bread. English speaking guests should expect language barriers. I could barely understand anything the waiters were saying. The pours with the wine pairings were stingy. The wine was good - not top shelf. For the menu price for the 5 pairings, the pours should have been more generous. The pacing of the courses, especially the first four or five offerings was also way off. That small pour of champagne was designed to last for the first four little food offerings? They arrived one by one every 15 minutes. One little glass of champagne was intended to last 60 minutes? Je dis non! The delivery was so slow and spaced out, there were times I simply felt abandoned by the staff -- and thirsty. Ok. Enough criticism of the service. The food was top notch. Beautifully presented. Delicious. And the wine was beautifully paired. I won't go back, but I am glad I went.

餐點量真的偏少，希望能夠增加量！味道上有些真的吃不懂感覺搭配上還可再加強！其他氣氛上服務上都真的是還不錯！

開味味菜味道較重與奇特不太習慣，進入前菜漸入佳境，蠻獨特的美食體驗，服務與用餐氛圍/環境滿分。餐點價格稍貴，但有特別慶祝節日有機會再訪

一切都蠻到位的好餐廳，以這樣的價格很難找到同等級同樣品質的店了。值得推薦給喜歡法餐喜歡一定品質食物的朋友
