Tavern on the Square is currently only open for breakfast daily from 7am-11am. Lunch and Dinner will reopen on June 6th, 2025. Just steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, in the Arrabelle within Lionshead Village, the Tavern has a creative and delicious array of lunch and dinner selections. Try our quick service walk up bar with dining on the square and gastropub cuisine, or enjoy a reservations only a la carte dining experience on the mountain side and patio. A food style inspired by contemporary American culinary sensibilities, the Tavern culinary team delivers a global artisan “craft” riff on fusion cuisine along with an eclectic wine list, microbrews and craft cocktails to complement any occasion. Beautiful view of the mountain facing the windows near the back bar but tables way too close together. Practically on top of diners next to us--not enjoyable. However, server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich was delicious and enough to easily share. Nice drink menu although a bit pricy. Nice location in Lionshead. Great outdoor seating in good weather.

Jacob is the best server this place could have! His hospitality was impeccable!! The tavern should be so lucky to have someone like him! Food is decent nothing special but I would go out my way to come back because of the service!!

Took us over 1 hour to get food. There were 6 of us. One got his food 30 min before anyone else. Then the rest of the food came except 1. Took another 20 min to get his food. Ridiculous when everyone was trying to get back out to ski before lifts closed.
