Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

Great food and superb service! The popovers are to die for! The filet was cooked perfectly. The roasted beet salad was fresh and filling. The creamed spinach was not the best but everything else was terrific!

Food was really exquisite. Our waiter, Carlos, went beyond and over to make this dinner exceptional. Only negative is that the restaurant needs and overhaul. It's dated and not matching the quality of the service and food

Very expensive steak house with zero ambience . Just dark . Asked for filet to be cooked medium- came back an hour later almost raw . Had to send back . Servers couldn’t be nicer though .
