Futago es un restaurante de bbq japonés, que se estableció en Tokio en el año 2010. El restaurante desarrolló un concepto único, conocido como "Futago Style", el cuál se basa en elegir las carnes de res de mayor calidad y servirlas a la mitad del tamaño y precio al que vienen servidas en todos los demás restaurantes de bbq. Actualmente, Futago ha sido comentado en muchos programas de televisión y revistas japonesas. Every dish has too much sauce. Great if you’re trying to cover the quality of the meat. Value for money was pretty low as well given quality of the food Ambience was meh. Server was very nice.

Yakiniku Futago is the best place on earth. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious, and i always leave the exact amount of full i need to be. Everyone should go at least once (or rather, five times) in their life!

Despite there only being approx 10-12 other customers in the restaurant, we had to wait for over 10 minutes to be seated. The staff just completely ignored us. Eventually after chasing after one of them to get their attention we were seated. The food was average - it is overpriced for the quality and what it was.

We had a reservation for 8:15. We weren’t sat until 8:25. We ordered the $160 per person Valentine’s Day pre fix, which didn’t include drinks. Service wasn’t particularly fast although servers were mostly sweet and the food/sake was good (only reason I give 2 stars). What makes me crazy is that they asked us to leave at 10 when we hadn’t even finished our food and sake. I spent $500 and wasn’t even given the chance to finish my food. They had delivered dessert 15 minutes before telling us, “the next party has been waiting for 20 minutes.” We hadn’t even finished half.

Food was absolutely marvelous. Real wagyu and prepared to perfection. Very nice ambience and music was well chosen. Our waiter was very very friendly and attentive without being overly present. Super good experience
