Ranch House is an intimate, friendly retreat overlooking the Central Oregon high desert and Cascade peaks. We are committed to living off the land through close relationships with local farmers, foragers and purveyors, as well as wineries, and utilizing the most flavorful ingredients the season brings. The Ranch House menus evoke "ranch style" comfort food-yet there is nothing country diner about these meals. Our Culinary Team makes sure that every creative dish is fresh, excellent, and made from locally-sourced ingredients.

Ranch House is open to all – Brasada Ranch members and guests, and the general public.

Our evening was really great mostly due to our server, Ashley. She was very helpful as one of our party is very deaf, Ashley put us in a private room. The pizza was delicious and the view of the Sisters made for a lovely evening. All of the servers at the Ranch house do a great job but Ashley gets extra stars for recognizing that we had a problem and helping us.

Celebrated St Pats in style with a delicious Corn Beef dish SPECIAL.....I teased one of our friends....his plate looked like it had been run through the dishwasher.

Pizza was cold with poor cheese without taste. Served cold ahead of other 3 entrees. Steelhead good, as was chicken salad. St. Patrick's Day special was tender, but not properly prepared or cooked like special instead of baked brisket. Service was average at best. We needed to ask several times for iced tea, not served as requested. Plates had to be requested without much thought to anticipating our needs. The pizza was a disappointment since the last honey, pepperoni, tomatoe sauce pie was excellent but removed from menu. Bottom line, we waited a month before returning and now will hold off for awhile. We want to dine more often at Brasada but the experience is much better elsewhere. Pls work on training staff how to properly serve, keep standards on menu in case new choices are not selected. Tx.

The food was all very good, but the parmesan dip in particular was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very special on our anniversary.

Food was poor quality. Potatoes were extremely greasy. Ever received the avocado I requested. Service was lacking—shift change during meal?? Not good for a resort type of atmosphere. We would not recommend having breakfast at Brasada Ranch.

1030am reservation for standard table inside and no tables available on arrival. Told to “reschedule” for 1045am or we could sit outside-no, when it’s 35°-no thank you. Finally seated at 11am. Servers were great. Attentive and friendly. Food was subpar. Ham was “grilled”, overcooked and dry. Toasted English muffin hard as a rock. Chef Karl needs to pay attention to the kitchen staff and the reception desk. They need guidance and oversight.
