A really quite nice experience. The service was pleasant and relaxed. The food? Very good.. My wife and I shared the roasted nectarine salad. The flavors were wonderful, with a gentle balsamic dressing and plenty of creamy goat cheese. My wife then had the pork chop, which was decent and I had the bass, which was delicious, with a crispy skin and a wonderful but rich sauce. For dessert we shared the warm butter cake. We asked for ice cream to replace the whipped cream. The ice cream was more sparse than we would have hoped, but it made the dish more interesting than the whipped cream would, as it proved a warm vs cold sensation. It’s a change they should implement. I would definitely recommend Willowsong.

We went to the Intercontinental for a Rooftop Pool Party 250th event for the National fireworks. I am not sure whether Willowsong was in charge of managing it, or just provided the food and beverages. That being said, for the cost of the event, $250pp early bird, $500pp, the food was just ok. The meat was chewy, lampchops overcooked, the cornbread/muffins and Mac and cheese were the only items that were good. The wine and prosecco were not acceptable for the price. La Marca at $13 a bottle at Costco? Really? There was only one cash bar, which they closed because their register broke. I asked for free drinks due to the lack of dj music, use of the pool, and awful wine. I ordered rum and coke, and vodka/soda/splash of cranberry and got vodka/coke and cranberry 🤢. I would NEVER go to an event run by Willowsong or the Intercontinental again. The only good thing about the evening was the view of the fireworks.

We splurged $500 each for their Independence Day event, which was held at the Intercontinental on the Wharf which had a fantastic view from the rooftop. That part was very good. Little else was. It appeared they had given the event no thought at all, and had not considered the comfort of their guests at all. We were asked to arrive by 7, and even before the delays, the fireworks were only supposed to start at 10:30. But the room contained about 10 chairs for a couple of hundred people! We had to ask for chairs to sit down, and one had to guard one's chair since it appeared there werent enough for all of us, only for most (eventually, after requesting a chair). Did they think people wanted to stand for 3.5 hours? And while eating dinner? The dinner buffet was very average. Very tough beef carved off a joint, good pork, good salmon, good beans and potato salad. Salad was provided at one serving station but not the other. There was also an oyster bar, which was the main touch of luxury, and an open bar, which I guess is how the price of the event was justified. We were provided only tiny PAPER plates to eat off of - seriously? A $500 dinner event with tiny paper plates? Not even decent size plates, and not even plastic that wouldn't collapse? Everyone ended up using 2 plates to hold their dinner, and the wise ones doubled up their plates so they wouldn't collapse. Dessert was large cookies, good apple turnovers, and tiny cups of fruit, cake and lemon cream. The staff did the best they could to make up for the inadequate arrangements, but I would not spend $500 again for their offering next year.

Our family had a great experience at the Fourth of July celebration at Intercontinental/Willowsong. Daisy, Stefan, and event team for the party event did a great job and provided excellent service throughout the night. Food was delicious and had great variety. Highly recommend!

I booked a couple months before our July 4th trip. The OT offer was appealing but very expensive. So I used rewards and hoped the cost would be worth it. We arrived early and went to 12th floor. We were able to drink included which was expected. But no food until 8pm. OK I guess but odd. The waiters did well to serve finger foods around the room. Drinks aplenty YAY!... We were able to meander outside on the balcony. LOVED THE VIEW!... Got to see the fly overs. And the harbor and wharf were energetic. We met nice patriotic people. But bummer it took a while on the food. And then it rained a bit. Confusion set in of were we going to have a fireworks show. Fortunately we did and the FIREWORKS were outstanding!... Spectacular show. LOVED IT... Unfortunately tables and chairs were hard to come by. Feet tired. The DJ was good. Bathrooms good. Stairs OK. We also went to the lobby to watch our 47th President make his INDEPENDENCE DAY remarks. YAY! LOVE USA! GO USA GO!... A good program but too expensive. If we had assigned seating would be better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I ordered the gem salad, the crab toast and the veggie lasagna. Everything was delish. Ordered the butter cake for dessert. Very rich And delicious. Took the rest home! I will visit again and I recommend!

I have multiple food allergies, the server was well versed in what I could eat. More importantly, this is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Both the nectarine salad and lamb chops were sublime. I’ll be back for sure

We had a wonderful time at Willowsong! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary at the Wharf for a few days. Up until that point, we had very mediocre "tourist food" and we were disappointed with the quality. We did some internet digging and Willowsong was suggested to us. The staff was warm, friendly and very attentive. I mentioned it was our anniversary and we could tell they were taking special care of us. We even received a dessert at the end of our meal that was complimentary and had "Happy Anniversary" written on it. Each dish was delicious and visually stunning! It was the first time we felt like we had a well-rounded meal. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone who is tired of overpriced tourist food and wants a good quality meal with great staff and a great view!

The milk bread was the highlight, crab toast was oily, shrimp &calamari appetizer was fried in old oil. We ordered the $100+ steak and came out with a sweet brown sauce that was very disappointing. Creamed spinach was very heavy with tarragon. Drinks were great. After reading amazing reviews our meal was not good. We stayed in hotel which offered us a 10% discount on entire meal. Bryan our waiter was good and attentive. Maybe kitchen had an off day
