   Small but excellent menu; more cooked items and hot sake. needed. Having been in Japan, I found the sashimi excellent and nicely plated. Would like to see Chirashi and some sushi/sashimi specials. Noisy room but smart decor. Will definitely visit again and try the beautiful out door area. Best sushi restaurant in Wilmington.

   Food and service were outstanding. Decor is beautiful. Highly recommend and both chef and manager were extremely friendly.

   Had a wonderful first visit, highly recommend a bar spot in front of Chef James to elevate your experience! Delicious tuna tartare and cannot wait to return to have another sale inspired espresso martini

   This was an unexpectedly fabulous dining experience. We stumbled upon the newly-opened Tomiko-San and opted for counter seating. The food was incredible - truly world class sushi, here in Wilmington, finally! - and the beverage list was thoughtfully curated and a great match for the menu. Sitting at the counter and chatting with Chef James throughout the evening heightened the experience. We will definitely be back.

   The food was fantastic, especially the seaweed salad that was locally harvested. Honestly the best sushi we've had.
