   Finally made it to Fork in Rahway for Easter brunch and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent! Started with the calamari. Main courses were lobster ravioli, steak frites, and smoked salmon benedict. Dessert included flan and cheesecake. From start to finish, all delicious!!! Can't wait to visit again!

   The service was amazing! The waiters and waitresses were super attentive. My chicken was a little bland but the calamari was delicious. I enjoyed the restaurant very much.

   This is my second time at Fork and it was just as good as the first time. I am a Rahway native and I’ve seen a few restaurants set up shop here with the past 3-4 years and they only lasted 6-8 months maybe, but I can already tell Fork is going to become a Rahway staple. This town has a few long standing classic places but this establishment brings an affordable, upscale environment and atmosphere that Rahway has been lacking. It’s nice to come back to my hometown and have a place where I can gather with my favorite people when I want a different dining experience!

   We went there Friday night. restaurant was very busy food service ambience was perfect. We had a great experience. And the owner Fizz he was very kind we recommended and we will go back 🍷

   Fantastic Dining Experience at Fork NJ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fork NJ in Rahway, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance is modern and sophisticated, with a stylish yet welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for a night out. The hostess Ashley was amazing. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sushi pizza and burrata were excellent starters, fresh, well-balanced, and delicious. For the main course, the short ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the tuna was a standout dish with a perfect sear and seasoning. To finish, the vanilla and chocolate tartufo was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner, Nicky, personally checked on guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. The cocktail selection was also impressive, with well-crafted drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, Fork NJ is a must visit spot for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in Rahway. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, this restaurant delivers on all fronts amazing food, great drinks, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning!    I had the most incredible dining experience at Fork and I can’t stop thinking about it! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the warm and welcoming owner, Nikky, who immediately made us feel right at home. The ambiance was absolutely perfect, the music was incredible and set the perfect vibe for the entire evening. We started with appetizers of the pork bao belly buns and sushi pizza, both of which were unique, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, the sirloin was cooked to perfection, and the Angry Pasta was a spicy, flavorful delight. Pairing it all with a crisp Pinot Grigio elevated the entire meal. To top it off, the cheesecake for dessert was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable experience. The service was exceptional! Our hostess, Cardaliah, was so warm and welcoming, setting the tone for the evening. The bartender, Alex, was hands down the best, crafting perfect cocktails and making sure we were always taken care of, she truly made the night even more enjoyable. Our waitress, Alejandra, was a dream, attentive, and personable, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Every detail of the experience, from the food to the service, was flawless. I can’t wait to return to Fork and experience it all over again. Highly recommend!!!

    The bar was beautiful and drinks were great!! Food was good my friend got the pork chop. She said it was dry, but the flavor was good. I got the Oso Buco, which was pretty good and service was excellent. Overall would dine again.
