   Great dinner Server Maxine was Awesome and we loved that the chef came to our table to see how everything was , food was fantastic will definetly go back

   We had the pleasure of eating at The Chop House on 3/1/25. We are currently in town visiting from NY and guests at the Equinox. From the moment we arrived for our reservation, the staff was very attentive. Maxine our waitress was very personable, knowledgeable about the menu and any questions we had and very attentive, as was the plentiful additional wait staff that worked in tandem with Maxine! Chef Christopher is one of a kind who came out with each course to put his last finishing touches and make sure we were enjoying everything. We’ve eaten out at a lot of restaurants and have never experienced one of the chefs being so involved with the meal service from start to finish and we thought this was so special. You can truly taste and feel how passionate he is about his job! Lastly, they went above and beyond to acknowledge my fiancés birthday and made it so special for him. Thank you again everyone for such outstanding service, it was truly one of a kind! Christina & Matthew

   Wonderful meal and top-notch service. Some really interesting appetizers as well. We will be back.

   The food was excellent. We had the Sea Bass...one of our favorites and this may have been the best I have ever had (including Nobu). All of the food during our ski weekend was excellent and we can also recommend the bar food.

   I Highly recommend having dinner her. The service was excellent. Maxine was delightful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The chef delivered the food to the table and checked in from time to time to make sure I enjoyed the meal.

    Wonderful evening with amazing food, service and atmosphere. The entire evening was perfection. Loved the fried Brussels Sprouts! Wine list engaging. The steaks were exactly cooked as desired. Top Notch.
