It’s a terrible experience. We got there on time. We will seated perfectly fine soon as we get in we was able to order our drinks. We got those right away, but the server took over 30 minutes for us to have to ask her can we order she literally walked past us about six or seven times because she service other people around us, but never came back to us until we stopped her. All we ordered was one drink, quesadilla, nacho and pork tacos which came with two small ones and that was $80. It looks very nice, but considering the very poor service, I would not recommend this place and I try to support the business because it is black owned. I highly recommend going anywhere else north end but until you all get better people to work and do their job fully this just not gonna work. I have seen way too many reviews with the same issue. And more importantly, the quality of the food needs to get better. I understand trying to save money But stuff in it with sauce and vegetables is not the way to go.

Came for my bday. Loved the vibe and ambience. Didn’t order any food but the drinks were great and had a good time. Security called out my strapped in sandals were considered flip flops so had to change into heels, which was debatable in my opinion.

The outdoor security are so sweet, host was sweet, and so is their manager. Our waitress didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. And for the prices that are there, I expect properly cutlery and plates but it was all paper plates and paper silverware. For the prices for their food and cocktails, they need to match the overall aesthetic. I would have been happier with a McChicken

I was very disappointed in our experience from the start. We obtained the last 8pm reservation about 20minutes before 8. We arrived on time, only to be told by the staff that we did not have a reservation. I showed the hostess our reservation on the OpenTable App, but they insisted there was no reservation for us. We had already paid $20 parking, so we ordered v expensive drinks (tiny portions!) and food from the bartender. We were told the food would be ready in 5 minutes, but had to stand by the kitchen (airstream) for 20(+) minutes for our order…then we were chased from place to place being told “you can’t sit there, reservation only” as we tried to eat. We finally just tried to lean against a wall near the entrance. I think the “people balancing plates on their drinks and trying not to drop food down their clothes” was ruining the vibe of the place because the hostess eventually told us we could sit in an open “reserved” seat (which I highly suspect was our original reservation). When the waitress next came over, I felt certain she was also coming to tell us we needed to give up our seats, but thankfully she was only politely asking for a drink order. The place is beautifully decorated, had nice views, and great people-watching (everyone dressed so uniquely stylish) — I wanted to love it there, just sad that we had a bad experience. I had already been in tears over how stressful our “relaxing night out” had become, so we only stayed for a bit. The security man by the top of the elevator inside the restaurant was so genuine, very kind to us when we exited.

Drinks were not good barely tasted the alcohol & a Shirley temple cost $18. They charge extra for sugar rims & everything else that’s suppose to come with your drinks! Food menu was short, I got the flautas & it tasted like they used the boxed instant mashed potatoes! Drinks 2/10 Food 2/10 Vibes 9!
