   We ordered the following. Bread, Shrimp cocktail, Strip Steak and Chicken Milanese with a side of the puree potatoes. The Bread came cold out of the kitchen, The Shrimp cocktail was very good. The Steak was over cooked and not the best cut of beef. The Chicken Milanese was very good as well as the potatoes. We have eaten lunch there and I have to say the RK burger was probably the best smash burger I have ever had. Also the fries we delish. So I would say hit and miss. The service was excellent. Too bad the food didn't live up to the hype.

   We were greeted by Server, Emily, and the experience from there on was amazing! The Beef Wellington was as perfect as it gets, found the English Ale Onion Soup.with Welsh Aren't excellent, and Sticky Toffe pudding as recommended incredible! Pureed Potatoes and darker Rolls outstanding. Great dining experience!

   This was our second time dining at Ramseys Kitchen. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday! We arrived about 15 minutes before our reservation time but was quickly seated. The hostesses wished my husband a Happy Birthday! Our waiter was Corey and he was great. Very knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. We skipped the appetizers and chose the Caesars and Wedge Salads both were delicious. My husband wanted the Salmon for his entree but restaurant had just ran out so he choose The Beef Wellington which he said was ok. I ordered the scallops with pork belly and they were delicious. Only drawback were the quantity and size. For dessert we got the chocolate tart which was good but not as delicious as the Sticky Toffee pudding. Price was reasonable. Everyone we encountered at the restaurant was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to restaurant for special occasions!

   Service was great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The cocktails are fantastic. The wine is a little pricey but they had some in the cheaper range. We’ll be back!

   The website should note that the menu is limited except for Fridays and Saturdays. It doesn’t say that on the website and I booked a reservation for Easter Lunch. We were limited to burger chicken sandwich or fish and chips (there were a few other options). I was sad we didn’t get the rolls. But what we ordered was very flavorful and good portions. The truffle fries were good. The sticky toffee cake was excellent.

   From the moment we walked in everyone was amazing!! Our waiter Darius was great and very knowledgeable. We both had the fish and chips and they were excellent!! Really enjoyed our experience.

    Totally dysfunctional management. After making reservations far in advance, and having to split up our 80th birthday party - we simply were told that three additional people “would kill the kitchen”. Embarrassed. We sent three of the people in our party to eat elsewhere. Very disappointing after we explained our additional people prior to our arrival. Once we were on site the rigidity of the staff was not accommodating. No options were given.
