   The food was decent. Very well seasoned meat and moderately flavored sides. However I will say the dishes came at completely different times causing the sides to grow cold. The timing of the meals coming out was awkward and made the dining experience flow weird. I came with a friend and we practically enjoyed our meals at two different times. Outside of that though the ambiance was great!! They had a very well designed space and comfortable seating. A DJ was playing music and it was a nice vibe. The staff was super inviting and really kind. I’d give the customer service a 5/5 very pleasant staff.

   It giving club vibe, the vibe was off smelled like weed we didn’t stay long enough to order good music was so loud which was understandable since it own by a rapper but it’s a NO

   Waitress avoiding taking our food order until kitchen was closed. When asking for water was not told it was bottled only. Also room temperature for $6. They refused to remove from bill even though water was untouched. Music is so loud you are unable to hear your party. Drinks are definitely over poured and taste like shots. Will not be going back

   I wanted to share my disappointment regarding our experience at Esco this past Saturday for a birthday party. The staff seemed indifferent and unengaged, which negatively impacted our celebration. It felt as though we were treated poorly, likely because gratuity was already included for our group. I believe it’s crucial for the success of your business to have a dedicated and caring team. I urge you to reassess your staff to restore the welcoming atmosphere that Esco is known for because the the rudeness of the staff makes it easy to not return.

   Our server was very attentive they had Valentines Day decorations up it was definitely a vibe and hookah was on point. Food was amazing had the catfish and grits and the ga French toast everything was a 10/10

   In my honest opinion I was not expecting a hookah lounge because that’s what it really was. They didn’t have tables to sit and face the people you came with and have conversations. The food was okay for a restaurant if this place promoted more as a hookah lounge the food would be considered decent. It was the first time I got searched at a “restaurant” which in my experience is not common. I got the blacken salmon and the mashed potatoes was the highlight of the dish. And although the waiter was nice being charged 18% gratuity to only be checked on 4 times was not it.

   Burnt fried chicken, ok red velvet waffles, salty eggs, no shrimp or catfish & grits and it took the bartender 20 mins to tell that.

    I went to Esco around 8pm. The staff and servers were all friendly and attentive.The food was good and the prices were reasonable. The physical menus were not updated to reflect the restaurant’s current offerings, which was confusing and disappointing. Overall the vibes were enjoyable.
