   Perhaps this was the wrong choice for us. We are older and it was way too noisy for us so please understand others were having a great time. I enjoyed the oysters cooked with garlic and cheese.

   Wine High priced for quality of selection. Only reason noise level was high because of screening child

   Our first visit to Lefty’s, very nice atmosphere, service was great and friendly. Food was fresh and creative, hush puppies were moist and great! Cute boat shaped dinner baskets😄. We’LLC definitely be back. Thank you PS Server Brooklyn was great!

   This was a first time for our party of 9 and we were seated outside. We later realized that the live music was Friday and Saturday nights and we knew we were in for a treat! Our waiter, Kenny, was quick, knowledgeable, and on it! We enjoyed dishes of grouper tacos, lobster rolls, grouper sandwich, haddock sandwich, burger, and a platter of frog legs, shrimp, and grouper bites! The apps of peel and eat shrimp, grouper bites , and calamari was enjoyed by all also! This is a great spot to hang out, eat, enjoy the music and dog friendly for those patrons. When we visit Sarasota again, we definitely will be back. It’s nice that the parking lot was adjacent to the restaurant as well!

    Great spot! Great service! Great food! Our group had oysters, smash burger and fried haddock, all delicious! Ate inside but still enjoyed the live music playing outside.
