   We really enjoyed the food—it was flavorful and well-prepared, and definitely the highlight of the evening. However, the overall experience was impacted by a few service issues. When we arrived, it took a while for the host to seat us, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. We were given a table right next to another couple, which felt a bit awkward considering how much open space there was. It would’ve been nicer for both parties to have a bit more privacy for conversation. It oddly felt like a big deal to ask for a different table. We got the table we wanted, and when we were ready to order we were asked to move to another table, which we preferred, but the process felt a bit disorganized and interrupted the flow of our evening. Our server was very friendly and kind, but it was difficult to get anyone’s attention throughout the meal. It would’ve been great to have someone check in more consistently, especially regarding our food. We were offered a dessert before the main course, that never arrived until we reminded them—by then, we no longer wanted it. One of the desserts we received lacked flavor, and returning it took longer than expected, even with the restaurant not being busy. We were also surprised that after we mentioned the forgotten main course to our server, no manager came over to check in or acknowledge the situation. It would’ve gone a long way to help the experience feel more cared for.

   A wonderful experience in such a beautiful space. The team behind Cafe Zaffri certainly know how to run a restaurant. The food was outstanding. Would definitely go back.

   Beautiful space (stunning), beautiful food, beautiful people everywhere. The staff were unfailingly attentive and unpretentious. Sophia, who greeted us, was lovely and accommodating when my husband needed to step out for a call. Eric, the sommelier, is so knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He turned us on to a fabulous wine we hadn't ever tried. The food is exceptional. It was a wonderful evening.

    The food was below average but the worst part was the service. Everyone was very rude, waiters took out drinks without asking if we were done. They didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert- just brought the check right away. Never been treated like this in a restaurant. The staff was not accommodating to anything and kept giving us weird looks. Would never come back.
