   Very tasty food. The Avocado appetizer was a hit. We also tried the queso, it was a bit small and wasn’t too impressed with the sausage used, nor it’s presentation; so I did not try it tbh, however , the rest of the people at my table ate it all up. Parrillada was excellent! Very good size for about 8-10 people. It had three different types of meats, potatoes and some seafood (shrimp and octopus) as well. Yumm. Everything we tried on the menu, including drinks & desserts were tasty. The only thing that I feel could’ve been better was the steak seasoning. It could’ve had a bit more seasoning. It was a little bland, but the cut and type of meat made up for it.

   The food was superb at Palominos. Jose was terrific waiter. The manager Jessica visited with us. The Tequilana Spritz was so yummy. The value was outstanding for the quality. We will be back.

   My first time at this restaurant, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food was delicious! The only thing is I hoped the wine would be served cold, but it was hot. Would I go back again ? Of course !

   Currently exploring fine dining experiences in McAllen, and this restaurant has secured the top spot on my list across all categories. The atmosphere was excellent—even with several birthday celebrations happening around us, nothing felt overwhelming or out of place. The music was amplified, but thanks to the great acoustics, we were able to have a normal conversation without raising our voices, making it perfect for a date night. The service was outstanding. Everything was well-timed, and we never felt rushed during the hour and a half we spent enjoying a late dinner. Despite our 10:30 PM reservation, the place was still full, yet every staff member we interacted with was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. This spot is now my go-to recommendation for a top-tier dining experience. I had the 8 oz. filet mignon, which came with potatoes and asparagus, and paired it with a glass of wine. I also ordered the truffle crème corn—which was a standout and did not disappoint. For dessert, I took the lotus cheesecake to go since I was already satisfied, and I’m glad I did—it was the perfect way to wrap up the night and easily sharable between two people. The pricing is comparable to other fine dining options in the area, but in my opinion, this place has officially bumped Mikhuna off the top of my list and surpassed Ambra entirely—securing its position as my new number one.

   El servicio excelente, hicimos reservación y todo a tiempo, la comida muy rica , la cockteleria muy buena, las recomendaciones de los meseros muy acertadas, definitivamente regresamos , muy buena experiencia.
