Unsere „Open Minded Cuisine“ ist ein Zusammenspiel aus vielfältigen kulinarischen Traditionen, die auf innovative Weise mitein- ander verschmelzen. Unser Ziel ist es, den Gaumen unserer Gäste zu überraschen und mit unerwarteten Geschmackskombinationen zu begeistern.

Wir haben zwei Menüs für dich mit Sorgfalt kuratiert – als Impulsgeber, als Einstieg in das, was möglich ist. Bitte beachten Sie unsere Stornierungsrichtlinien. (kostenfreie Stornierung bis 14 Uhr am Reservierungstag. Bei einer späteren Stornierung oder einem No Show, werden 100 Euro pro Person in Rechnung gestellt. -- We only offer set menus. at this time 8 courses: 138€ per person - alternative 7 Courses for 132€ per person - only 1 Dessert With us, you have the choice: purely vege- tarian, with fish and seafood or with selected meat components - just the way you like it.     ​A culinary wonder! It isn't just a meal, it is an experience you will never forget. ​We had 10 courses of perfectly balanced, well-executed dishes with some mind-blowing flavor and texture combinations. It's impossible to pick just one favorite because they were all exquisite, but our top picks were the beef, duck, scallop, and halibut. ​We opted for the tea pairing rather than wine; each one was beautifully explained, and the subtle tasting notes really did complement the dishes perfectly. ​The service was warm, knowledgeable, and simply outstanding. It is well worth the spend in our opinion, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a truly memorable dinner. All of its accolades are fully deserved!

    Very good price fix selection of tastes. I would say the food was excellent. And it was especially excellent for the price. Great value.

    Everything was super good and I recommend a visit. In some of the meals I just missed a component or sauce which would have made it even more special (spicy or intense); some of the dishes had that wow-effect, like the oyster, the octopus or the old cow meat dish - some where not that Special but still super good :)

    Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes im Dae Mon bestellten wir eine Flasche Wasser, nach einiger Zeit war diese Wasserflasche bis ca. auf ein Viertel geleert. Der Kellner stellte ohne Absprache eine neue Flasche auf unser Tisch. Wir lehnten die neue Flasche ab, worauf der Ober erwiderte das dies Egal sei, das Wasser ist Inklusive. Wir öffneten die zweite Flasche Wasser nicht. Auf der Rechnung Standen zwei Flaschen Wasser zu je 5€. Als ich dieses bemängelte sagte er, das sei das Konzept von diesem Restaurant und dieses sei auch irgendwo auf der Speisekarte vermerkt. wir halten diese Praxis für Bauernfängerei und lehnen einen Weiteren Besuch dort ab.
