Charming restaurant in the “northern” end of the Theater District. Excellent food and service.

Waitress was not knowledgeable or fluent in English. I asked if the chicken was white or dark meat and she said white. When the coq au vin came, the chicken was most definitely dark meat. The food was meh. Nothing to rave about and needed a lot of salt and pepper. The seating is cozy/tight. A woman next to our table was gesticulating and she knocked me in the head. It was a total accident and all fine but a reflection of how cozy the seating is. The best thing about this restaurant is that we were out in time for our 8p show but there are better options in Times Square.

Very welcoming, cozy restaurant. Great food and service. The pre-theatre dinner menu for $45 (selected appetizers, entrees,and desserts) is a great deal!

Next time we will come with a bigger appetite as everything looked so good! We had the French Onion Soup- delicious and thankfully not salty (always my complaint). The escargots were sizzling in garlic, parsley butter. Fabulous! And we shared a Caesar salad with huge shrimp and lobster chunks. Magnifique! Finda took great care of us and even gave me recommendations for restaurants in Paris!! Can’t wait to return when I return from Paris❤️

Food meh. Lighting, sound meh, Service ok. Too pricey for stringy cog au vin and indifferent salad. Skip it.
