   Great food. Not many servers which makes it slow. But our server was very attentive.

   The food was outstanding. The tuna tartare was light, fresh, and full of bold umami flavor. Everyone at the table raved about it. The Pasta Carbonara was deliciously textured with the right balance of egg yolk smoothness, and the peas and guanciale flavors shined through.

   Amazing meal as the beef Wellington was on point. Excellent service and atmosphere, highly recommend.

   For Easter brunch I was disappointed that the restaurant did not have any traditional Easter food like lamb or ham. I did get a pasta dish and after I asked the server if it was spicy , she told me it wasn’t . I was expecting to have lots of flavor but instead my dish was extremely hot spicy so I couldn’t eat it. I also got crab cake and it was cold. My boyfriend for the burger and it was supposed to be medium but it was well done. The other two in my party were happy, The bill was over 300 and wasn’t perfect. We won’t be rushing back.

   We had a wonderful time celebrating Easter with my son , his girlfriend, my girlfriend and myself, food was excellent as was everything else, Gordon would be proud !

   We dined at Ramsey’s Kitchen last Saturday and overall had a wonderful experience once we were seated. The food was excellent—creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server truly elevated the evening. She was friendly, funny, and refreshingly straightforward in a way that made us feel both at ease and well taken care of. However, our experience checking in was far from ideal. The lobby was packed, and it was immediately clear that the host who greeted us was not in the mood to be working. As someone who works in customer service, I can quickly pick up on the tone of an interaction—and this one felt like we were a burden simply for arriving for our 8:30 PM reservation. A warm welcome sets the tone for the evening, and unfortunately, that was lacking. That said, once we got past the front, the night turned around thanks to the amazing service at our table and the quality of the meal.

    I just missed the salmon being served with mashed potato, the menu changed with the rice and sweet-sauce is good but i still prefer the previous one.
