   We loved it there. Food was good, area was clean, everyone there was so pleasant n nice. My cousin n I had a great time. Will definately be back.

   Shocked! Astounded! We were absolutely disappointed at our experience at the Bel-Aire Backyard Grill. For starters, they only had one server for the entire place and even though there were only a few tables, the service was slow and sporadic. They have bottomless mimosas/Bloody Mary's. We started by ordering a Bloody Mary for my wife and I had the mimosa. They only have one flavor of mimosa. The Bloody Mary was weak, it tasted as if if was only tomato soup/Clamato. We asked for an additional shot of Vodka to strengthen the drink and the server told us that it would cost. (A bottomless drink, that we could have ordered multiple ones of would cost for the shot that goes in it?) I had ordered a soda with my mimosa. Later we found out that they charged for every soda without telling us that they would charge for each like they told us they would charge for an extra shot for the bottomless Bloody Mary. The food was good, it always is at the Bel-Aire. The truly best thing they had going on is that there bottomless session is 3 hours, longer than most other restaurants. Once we finished our brunch, we tried to move to the pool, only to find out so many things that are wrong there. We wanted to see about a cabana, day bed, or lili pad. I found out that they charge for each, but not as a minimum spend, they charge a flat fee, drinks and food extra. Mind you, the cheapest rental was $200. Additionally, they wouldn't let us have our son there because they require children to reserve a cabana and they were all sold out. We did see many kids in the pool and it did not look like they were all in cabanas. Overall, the place was disappointing.

   Ambience was great for Labor Day Weekend Sunday only downfall was the short staffing affected the attention and service we received from our waitress. Food was beautifully plated and absolutely tasty. The music scenery and service staff were all pleasant and welcoming! Will definitely come back again!

   What a wonderful out door brunch setting. Poolside, misters and set among the lovely Las Vegas pool. Trinity provided us with excellent, non rushed service, which we appreciated. Wings, burgers, lobster rolls and champagne flowing. Will definitely visit again.

   We had to keep asking the waitress to serve us water on a hot day. Service was really slow, and there was only two tables to service.  She incorrectly charged us on the bill and we ended up overpaying for not so great service and food we did not receive.

   DO NOT COME HERE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Resy for 8 at 1:45 pm. We were told to sit anywhere because the bel-air backyard eating area was empty except for one other table of 3. It was 118 degrees that day & no one approached us to offer water or anything for that matter. So 2 of us went to the bar to order drinks and water. While at the bar we let the bar team know that we had been sitting there for about 15 minutes & no one had greeted us. The bar staff was apologetic & said they would find someone. We go back to our seats & see a server helping the table of 3, pouring them water and bringing drinks. The server walks off & doesn't even look our way. At this point, we had been waiting for about 45 minutes & still no service. I tried to find a manager, a bottle girl/server I stopped was very nice and apologetic & wanted to help, she went & got water for our table & sent over the manager. The manager came over & was also apologetic & said, "We will give you 20% off your entire bill." To which our party was happy because that experience was ridiculous. The server who was assisting the party of 3 ended up coming over & made up the excuse that she saw we had drinks already so she didn't bother to come over. If that legitimately was the reason why she didn't come by, I genuinely don't know how she has made it this far in life. I explained to her we had drinks bc we had to go to the bar to get them, & I proceeded to ask if we could have menus & cutlery. We ordered & finally ate after being there for almost 2 hours. When we got the bill, we noticed it was not at the discount promised by management. When inquired, a different manager, stated that drinks were not allowed to be discounted. I explained that wasn't our issue to deal with, as we were told the entire bill would be discounted. He got another manager who ended up adjusting the bill reluctantly and with an attitude. We left feeling as though we were being punished for there poor service. AVOID THIS PLACE.

   Love the vibes and the outdoor brunch with access to the pool. Great service, food is good. Price is like most places so it’s ok. It can be a little hot sometimes but I guess it is expected because of Vegas summer heat.

    Poor service. Over an hour to get one spicy tuna roll and a drink.
