   Capital Grill has been my go to steak house for years. They recently opened one nearer to our house (yea!) and we dined there for our wedding anniversary. Our server Jessica made it so special, it just reinforced that we love Capital Grill. My bone in filet? Cooked to perfection and the lobster bisque was simply amazing. Capital Grill is and will continue to be our celebration spot. Can’t miss picking this wonderful steak house!

   We dined at this restaurant for Easter (April 20, 2025) lunch and ordered from the brunch menu. There was nothing special about the menu for the holiday. While the quality of the entrees are very good (the price was fair for steaks) and blueberry pound cake (in the bread offering for the table) was amazing, ordered large bottle of Pellegrino water was nice for the table but I was a bit surprised to be charged $8.50 for something at Costco costing less-than $1. But remembering where I was dining, I did not ague. Breakdown - food was very good and priced well, service was lacking and staff mostly inattentive, ambience and noise level was good as we were seated in a more private dining area with 3 other tables (Dragon’s Den) but noticed long periods-of-time where restaurant was more unoccupied than what I would have expected. We will be back.

   Grayson did a great job as did the chefs. My steak was cooked perfect and delicious. My wife’s as well. My lobster tail was also good and the cocktails were on point. Highly recommend this location.

   Always a great experience. Mark is the best server anywhere. Wine list is a great asset to Capital Grill. Only suggestion would be to enforce the dress code. My wife and I always dress up for nice restaurants and its insulting to the restaurant to see so many people in t-shirts, shorts and just sloppy looking.

   The food is just ok,, though and salty steaks. They offered to replace them but it takes from the experience and now you have people having dinner at different times.
