   We have been to BJ’s twice now and have had great service and food is good. They have an extensive beer and beverage menu and prices are reasonable.

   Everyone in my party had a dietary restriction and one individual in my part of 3 received an incorrect order. She shared her order and pointed it out on the menu, but the server didn't put the order in correctly. The item that came out could not be eaten by the member. Fortunately, the individual in my party asked for a menu again and reiterated what she asked for. The server did get the correct order the second time and took the higher priced item off the bill. The service was very slow both in having our server come to our table and in getting our food at a time when it wasn't busy in the restaurant. I've been disappointed the last couple of times I've eaten at BJs Brewhouse and would consider not choosing it in the future based on my last 2 experiences.

   The food wasn’t gooos, the deep dish pizza tasted like it had been shipped in frozen and warmed up. The crust had a layer of fat like an oil or butter that was totally unnecessary. We had some vegans in our group and the food wasn’t vegan friendly. If the taste improved we would be back

   The food was excellent. Everyone in my group lived their choices. Our server was very friendly and brought our food in timely manner. We all had a great experience.

   Worth a Visit, But Be Prepared for the Wait! DEFINITELY make a reservation—especially if you’re going Friday through Sunday! Even with a reservation for two, we still had about a 15-minute wait, while walk-ins were looking at a 1.5-hour wait. The place gets super busy, and the service could use some improvement—maybe they just need more staff to keep up. Our server was friendly, but they forgot our order twice and had to double-check, which was a little frustrating. That said, the food was solid and came out quickly (despite a little issue with our dessert order), with plenty of variety, and the drinks were great. Overall, a good experience, but expect some hiccups if you’re going during peak hours!

   Coming in it was incredibly busy, the staff walked around with little pieces of pizza which was amazing as we have a toddler. After we sat they brought our toddler gold fish and fruit which was amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming Steak was really tough and ribs were really dry, wouldn’t recommend it at all Salmon was excellent, pizza was excellent We would return for another night

    The restaurant is not actually taking reservations via Open Table. When we got there they told us it is actually a place in line and we had a one hour wait. You may want to take them out of your service because not actual reservations.
