   Not the authentic Italian style when it comes to portions, very small but tasty. We didn't realize the tip was included and wondered why our server was sooo happy, he got a double tip. If this restaurant is experiencing guest not tipping, and your going to automatically add, you should advise the guest that trust their bill.

   Not our first visit to Helena as we are locals first visit nothing but excellence all around this time around went for Easter. Brunch started off great got our cappuccino wonderful was brought a basket of pastries, which unfortunately were about a week old so hard we can barely eat them, even after dipping them in coffee First course was very good after that downhill all the way everyone around us was served and we were forgotten time and time and time again manager came and offered us exactly what we were paying for, but then stating what can I do for you? Can I get you drinks which were included in the package because Easter brunch was a package meal so in other words, she offered us nothing Was very unsympathetic and really could care less about our experience. Left very unsatisfied finally received our meal which was unfortunately uneditable so yeah, very bad experience.

   Worst dining experience ever! Tried to complain in the restaurant no one came to the table to help or check. Steak was hard as leather Plates just left on the table shocking never experienced anything like it and was charged 250!!! I want a refund or something but no one wanted to even talk to us

   Refused to let me and my friends do bottomless brunch unless we did their mandatory brunch which was $56 per person. As a person with dietary restrictions i came for a specific dish and they wouldn’t even let me do it a la carte. This left a bad taste in my mouth and i didn’t appreciate that they wouldn’t even let us to bottomless mimosas ever when we offered to pay more than the menu price. I don’t know if I’ll ever return

   Food looked good, but was over cooked and cold. The menu was an Easter Brunch menu. Very disappointing!

   I’m guessing since we came in Easter that’s why the experience was not great. The restaurant is beautiful, but the normal menu was not available, the server was kind of rude and they burned almost everything my table of 8 people ordered. I do want to go back to try their a la carte food because the reviews I read that helped me choose this place were all positive.

   Despite some negative feedback, I celebrated my wife's birthday last Saturday at that restaurant, and I was very pleased. The drinks were well-made, the food was tasty, and the dessert was delicious. I understand that some people might mistakenly compare it to fine dining, given that it's a fast-casual establishment, which could lead to unmet expectations. However, I found it to be perfectly suitable for a celebratory occasion..

   Our server was nice. Drinks were watery and over priced. I ordered lamb chops, flavor and presentation were good but was slightly overcooked. I ordered medium, they came out closer to well. Silverware was dirty so I opted to eat my $80 meal with plastic cutlery. Seating was packed in kind of awkward. Bathroom could have been cleaner. This is a great place to take pictures.

   We waited 15 minutes for our server to greed us, noise level on the outside was uncomfortably loud, and service overall took way to long

    We came in with a reservation for two to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Right when we arrived, we were told the kitchen was backed up because a reservation of 15 turned into 100 — not ideal, but we were patient. We were seated at a table that was so slanted our drinks nearly slid off. It took almost 20 minutes for our server to greet us, and when we asked if someone could stabilize the table, we were met with attitude. Then, out of nowhere, I got splashed in the face with some liquid from the bar— my face, my hair, our menu were soaked. The table next to us said it had already happened to them twice. A food runner brushed it off like it was normal, and when I tried to explain to our server what happened, she walked away from me mid-sentence. She went straight to the other table, brought a host over, and offered them an apology and free drinks — completely ignoring us, even though we were just as affected. I tried to get the host’s attention, and she looked at me and kept walking. At that point, we walked out. I told the host what had happened and how we were dismissed by three different people, and all she said was, “oh sorry,” with zero care. We weren’t rude. We were understanding. We just wanted a decent experience for a special occasion — and instead, we were ignored, splashed with a drink, and treated like an inconvenience. It was unbelievably disrespectful, and the lack of accountability was shocking. Management needs to take this seriously, because what happened to us was unacceptable on every level. This restaurant presents well online, but the in-person experience was extremely disappointing!
