   We were celebrating a 50th birthday and Status Hollywood made it unforgettable. Every entree was delicious and left you wanting more, the oxtails, coconut salmon, and honey jerk lamb chops. The cabbage was sautéed and seasoned to perfection and the housemade juices were incredible. I will be back! Thank you Status Hollywood for a wonderful evening filled with delicious food, excellent customer service and ambiance.

   We tried this restaurant for the first time and an amazing experience. It was easy to book a reservation and my party of 5 was seated right away. The staff was very friendly and the food is amazing. The honey jerk, chicken, wings, lamb chops, mac & cheese, eggrolls, (oxtail and jerk chicken) were all delicious and everything came out hot. They had a good playlist going as well. It does start to get crowded around 7 or 8 so if you prefer dining with a smaller crowd make midafternoon reservation. I would definitely eat here again.

   I really wanted to love this place. It took over an hour for our appetizer. We had the oxtail/macaroni & cheese egg-rolls (we loved them!) The side of plantains were cold. My friend & I both ordered brown stew chicken. Mine came out first with absolutely no gravy. I was confused & tried the meat & unfortunately it was tough. My friends plate came out 20 minutes later. This was extremely frustrating since we ordered the same meal at the same time. Fortunately, the chef didn’t forget the gravy for her plate. The meat on her plate wasn’t as tough as mine either. I had to ask the waitress for gravy. She gave me extra sauce for the inconvenience. The rice & peas & the cabbage were bland. They don’t have their liquor license yet so they only sell mock-tails (we knew this before we went so it wasn’t a big deal). The waitress was very sweet & apologized multiple times. We may go again at the end of the year. Hopefully things improve.

   First, I want to highlight the positives—the waitresses and host were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the food itself was flavorful with good portion sizes. However, the ordering and kitchen system need serious improvement. I had read reviews about long wait times and service issues beforehand but decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the reviews were accurate. I was part of a table of six, and each plate came out about ten minutes apart, making it impossible for us to eat together. It took so long that one person in our group decided to cancel their order because the rest of us were nearly finished. Our appetizers didn’t arrive until after our entrées, which completely defeated the purpose. To make matters worse, we noticed that plates were going out inconsistently—people who arrived after us were getting their food first. It seems like this is a recurring issue that needs to be addressed. On the bright side, the manager was kind and did make an effort to accommodate us regarding the wait time. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but until they figure out their kitchen issue

   Everything was to perfection. The food and my waitress was everything. Only thing I was sad about was I didn’t know the place was new and doesn’t have a liquor license yet so no alcohol.

   Great ambiance, food was good for the price. Loved that the music and the staff was very attentive and kind. I was disappointed to know they didn’t have a liquor license. I’ll definitely revisit.

   No bar permit so no alcohol served. They have good mocktails however. The food is ok but not worth the price tag.

    I made a reservation for my husband’s Birthday for the first time visiting this restaurant and everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. The food was so good. FYI they only have mocktails if you are a drinker but hey you can always eat here and have drinks somewhere else. That’s what we did..We will definitely be back!
