Enjoy a private Roastery Revealed Tour that takes you and your guests on a coffee journey with up-close views of the roasting process and an in-depth look at the unique and magnificent architectural design of the Chicago Roastery. You will then be guided through a coffee tasting and chocolate truffle pairing where you'll learn about brewing and beverage craft and how coffee flavors are delectably enhanced when paired with chocolate. We took the “Art of the Espresso Martini” class and it was outstanding!! Artemis and Cece were incredible hosts and teachers and we had so much fun. The drinks were great.

Roastery Revealed Tour - absolutely fantastic experience. Personal tour of the place plus two bags of coffee and a coffee tasting w/ chocolates is a total game changer; our tour was also individual, just us and our assigned Starbucks Partner, which elevated our experience to 11. Highly, highly recommend!

Our tour guide was AWESOME!! She gets 5 stars! I thought this was going to be more of a behind the scenes tour. It wasn’t…. Basically just walks you around each floor around the public areas. Definitely not worth the $75/person.

Espresso Martini experience was quite enjoyable. Barista (Heather) and Bar Tender (Chanel) made it interesting, interactive and fun. We would do this again!

Abbey and Tracy were excellent hosts and seemed very knowledgeable about the Starbucks brands, coffee processing and explaining the various steps that can provide unique flavor profiles to the beans. The ambiance was nice. We sampled two coffees and was hoping for a third just to add to the variety. The noise level was a bit much making it difficult to hear at times. Overall, very good experience.
