   Made a reservation for 4:45 because we had tickets for a show nearby and wanted to be sure to have a nice dinner beforehand. Arrived at 4:45, and were told it would be at least a 20min wait. I said: "We have a 4:45 reservation" and gave my name. Hostess felt she needed to show me her tablet to verify I was who I said I was. She then said at least a 10 minute wait. There were plenty of other people waiting to be seated and some walk-ins after us were told they could sit at the bar to eat. We had driven from SF area and needed to use restroom, and a walk through dining room area showed plenty of empty and clean tables. Furnishings and decor in dining room and restroom very nice and I would have preferred being seated there. After TWENTY minute wait, we were seated in booth in the bar area, next to windows where sun would be in my face all dinner, and one of the window shades could not be lowered. One of the bartenders was our server. Music was too loud to carry on any conversation without raising our voices and I had trouble hearing our server. Restaurants should be more aware of how music levels affect enjoyment of a meal. People should not have to be shouting at each other to be heard/understood because then the whole noise level in the restaurant goes up. Some people may like being in a noisy cantina... Butterflied shrimp on my platter was barely heated so partially uncooked. My partner's whole shrimp were fully cooked, peeled but not 'de-veined'. Personally, I don't ever want to eat shrimp p**p if I don't have to. Presentation and flavor were good. I had to worry about my undercooked shrimp, but didn't want to prolong our stay due to getting to our show on time. If it sounds like I was disappointed, well, the website description made me think we were going to a place which was a cut well above that of a noisy neighborhood bar.

   The ambiance the music was great, the food and the drinks were just okay, would not recommend to dine in.

   The food and service was great but the live band and the music in between was very loud and made ordering near impossible. I had to point at every item I wanted because the server could not hear me or vise versa.

   The hubby and I had a fantastic dining experience at Culichi Town! The ambience is really cool and unique. It's a vibrant Latino spot, so you know it’s an authentic Mexican food place. We loved the sushi hybrid eatery with a Mexican flare—such a creative fusion! The place is spacious, so seating wasn't an issue at all. Plus, the drinks were awesome! Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for something different and delicious. You better get to it before it shows up on an Instagram influencer's page and you can't get a seat!

    La experiencia en cuanto al servicio fue bueno pero cuando trajeron la comida, fue una decepción total, pedimos 3 platos y ninguno terminó por la mitad, la comida es demasiado mala, y la mesera no preguntó que había pasado, preferimos solo irnos, si quieres ir a un restaurante para hablar, este no es el lugar, pero si buscas una discoteca solo para bebidas, ese es el lugar perfecto pues la música siempre está muy alta, el lugar es muy bonito, lástima la comida de tan mal sabor
