   Visited La Wagyería Miami on a Saturday and was thoroughly impressed. The variety of Wagyu cuts was exceptional, each bursting with flavor. The service was outstanding our waitress was attentive, and the manager ensured every detail was perfect. A top notch dining experience!

   The food was delicious and top quality. The service was fast and very friendly. But the highlight was Graciela, the manager—warm, attentive, and always making sure everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!

   Meat was cold and undercooked. It came out on the little cast iron dishes that were also cold. If they were hot like they should be, the meat would still cook on them, bringing it up to the right temperature. There were three of us dining, and we had the same issue with the three steaks we ordered. I’m not sure if this is served on there just for looks or it wasn’t prepared properly. The meat tasted good, but nothing out of this world. We only ended up eating a few pieces and just decided to take the rest home and cook properly. There were only a few tables seated with people, but couldn’t find a server when we needed something. We were also charged for bottles of Fiji water when we didn’t order any. The concept is definitely great and a cute spot. But for the prices paid for the steak, I would rather just go to a steakhouse with great service and food cooked properly.

   La Wayguera es un lugar que todo amante de la buena carne debe visitar. La calidad del wagyu criado localmente es simplemente espectacular: cada corte es jugoso, tierno y lleno de sabor. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, desde los ingredientes frescos de la fincas la mesa . El ambiente es cálido , y el servicio es atento, profesional y muy bien informado. ¡Una verdadera experiencia “farm to table” que vale la pena disfrutar!

   Cute place and they make it an experience by allowing you to choose your meat but I would recommend you don’t go on a Saturday because they run out of certain cuts by then. I wanted the filet which is the only cut I like and they didn’t have so I was very disappointed with my meal. The worst part was that they charged $10 for a small bottle of Fiji water which ends up being $12 when you add tip. Outrageous! It’s unfortunate because the place and concept is different with a lot of potential but they’re missing the mark by not having all cuts available and gouging on water.

    We had a reservation for 8 PM and they were able to fit us in earlier. The experience we had was great overall. We sat in the courtyard on a cool evening, that was nice amongst the fairy lights strewn across. The table was set simply. Menus were then brought over to us and we asked for suggestions, which was good for our tastes for mixed croquettes and sausages(Chorizo and Poblano). Ordering our steaks was a great experience. Our butcher for the evening explained the Wagyeria history and philosophy about their cattle and the farm-to-table process. We then got to view the steaks available and then select from the options and cut to order. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as requested to the right doneness. They serve the steaks with a simple dressed vinaigrette salad that does not overpower the tastes of the Wagyu, and paired with simple roasted potatoes. Service was attentive this evening as they checked in periodically. Unfortunately, we were too full to partake in their dessert offerings.
