   They did not have items listed on the menu available, like the filet mignon and the lamb, the waiter said that they were out of it around 7:30 pm???? it is hard to believe that they could not have those in the refrigerator, they could even run down to the nearest PUBLIX and get them. The sangria was way too sweet and had canned fruits served in the bottom of the glass?? The music was way too loud for the size of the restaurant. My second choice order of the bone in ribeye was overcooked and so hard that it was impossible to cut it even with the steak knife or chewing it. They charged 18% service charge, and on the bill they also listed a line for gratuity, this practice is very misleading. I would and will stay away from this place

   They didn’t have a lot of the items on the menu. Prices have gone up drastically in the last year. Not sure I would go back.

   The food is delicious at Los Parrilleros, but the service is outstanding. We love our servers Miguel and Jose Miguel!!!! We never have to ask for anything because it is there before we get a chance! They are the best. Also, want to mention Jonathan, who comes around to say hello even though we are not at his table. Finally, the one’s making and preparing the food deserve a shout out too!

   We booked in advance to celebrate Valentine's Day at this restaurant, as it had received good recommendations. However, upon arriving punctually for our appointment, we were informed that the restaurant was full and they did not have the capacity to accommodate us, even though we had previously made a reservation. This resulted in great disappointment, as we had planned this evening in advance and relied on the confirmation of our reservation. It is unfortunate that a restaurant cannot handle its reservations properly, especially on such a special date. The lack of organization and treatment by the staff only made the situation worse. Overall, not only did we miss out on an important experience, but we also felt that our special occasion was not valued. Recommendation: My recommendation would be for the restaurant to take more care with its reservations and ensure that capacity is well managed, especially on special dates such as Valentine's Day.

   The waiters are excellent. The food is great. My compain is only a young lady who seemed that was in a very bad day and she decided to turn off the light while we were inside the restaurant. I used to be a frequent client in Los Parrilleros for +25years but I decided I will never come back because of this youg lady.

   Excellent food, drinks, and service. Wife enjoyed the filet mignon, I enjoyed the NY strip, both excellent flavor and melt in your mouth tender. Family run where they truly care and want you to have the best dining experience.

   Los Parrilleros is outstanding. My husband and I love to go for dinner, or sometimes just to enjoy some tapas (appetizers). We start with provoleta and chorizo, which are my go to every time. I don’t vary from my favorite entree, which is their churrasco; and I can confidently say that it is always cooked to perfection. I eat it with vegetables or french fries. My husband has the beef carpaccio and he can’t get enough of their seafood soup. He varies his entrees and has found that he has never had found any to be less than wonderful. We always leave full and satisfied! Finally, I have to mention the staff that regularly attends us who are so worthy of being praised. Miguel and Jose are attentive, loving, professional and we love them. Truly, the whole staff is worthy of praise, however Miguel and Jose are extraordinarily special to us, and we appreciate going there to see them! Love Los Parrilleros!

   Have not dined here in years, we were in the area so decided to dine here. I have to say don’t think we will be returning. The service was not very good, and the restaurant was pretty empty. Oye waiter was aloof and seemed like we were more of a bother than anything else. He did not seem like he wanted to be there. The food was average, sausage had no flavor and the steaks were the same. Overall not a great experience.

    I love the atmosphere and the staff at Los Parrilleros. Our dinner was not as top notch as I remember. The meat and the fish were slightly overdone but tasty. Risotto was way too salty. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I look forward to my next visit!
