   First time at this location. It took nearly 20 mins for a server to come to the table to initially order just drinks. While she was polite, it was disappointing and frustrating. The food was good but a little spendy. The location is huge with lots to do for kids, adults, etc. No other issues were encountered. We do plan to come again, but hopefully, we will have a better dining experience as it was rather poor.

   It was ok. Food was decent but expensive! The games were also just ok

   This is the first time that we’ve gone to the new location in Schaumburg. The food was absolutely amazing. Our server was on point asking us appropriately when we needed something. My one disappointment was that there was no ski ball or shuffleboard. Those were my two favorite games to play at the old Location in Addison

   Thank you to the staff, especially Jack and Izzie for the help with our big party. Thank you to the general manager for accommodating our party as well. For the size of our group, they were able to accommodate a seating area and how to split the bill. A little hiccup on the food, but otherwise everything was fantastic! I wasn't looking to book a party event because everyone in this party was responsible for their own bill. I was very pleased that D&B was able to accommodate that. Even with the size of our group, there was enough space for everyone. Thank you to the Schaumburg team!

   Angela was amazing! Very attentive and helpful. Checked on us throughout the meal and kept drinks filled. Food was good as well.

   At previous locations, the tables were separated from the gaming area. Now the tables are right by the gaming area causing it to be very loud and distracting for kids. The worst part of our experience was that we never received our food. We were with a group and had ordered the kids food first . All the other adults were served but us. They did take the food off the bill since we didn’t receive it and comped one of our kids game cards. It also took 20-30 minutes to get refills (beer, lemonade, even water).

    Saw our server rarely and waited over 30 minutes for our bill. Had to ask multiple other workers for help.
