   Jen out waitress was a 10star! She made sure everyone in our party of 4 was happy. The food is good (not amazing) the drinks are amazing. I would recommend for large parties and date night. I plan to go back here.

   Probably my new favorite place in DFW. Great music, great service, great food, and I didn’t spot a single d-bag among the guests who all enjoyed their evening.

   Great venue for a concert. Food needs a tweak or two. Great appetizers. The entrees were spicy and served so quickly it seemed like they were premade. Atmosphere is great for a show. Parking needs more visual instruction to garage entrance

   From the moment that we stepped into the Rayleigh, we were thoroughly impressed with the aesthetically pleasing design, the professionalism of the staff, the food was tastefully, and the music was great. I would like to say a special thank you our amazing waitress, Anita. Thank you for a job well done!!!

   The coverage is way to much given the value of the high priced food and entertainment. $30 each per family member was ridiculous.

   The food taste like it was frozen. Sent the meal back with just ONE bite when the check came it was still on it had to remind the waiter to remove he came back still had an item on it and claimed he didn’t know how to remove it. Want be returning. Nice concept. Not busy and it’s probably because the food and staff is horrible.

   Book reservations for a last-minute birthday for eight people and as we were sitting there waiting at the bar, trying to wait for the birthday girl. I was told that they were having a private event so we had to move and sit on a table. It was a inconvenience and I wish they would have told me they were having a private event when we made the reservation. Then the happy hour food was a joke….just one item which was very disappointing and it was not flavorful, tough dry chicken breaded and fried and had the nerve to call it Korean. not good at all. How do you serve something like that as a chef? The risotto scallops were not very good. The risotto was way too sweet. The steaks were not cooked correctly. My friend asked for a medium. It was well done. I had to go back-and-forth with the waiter to prove the steak was over cooked. when you can visually see not pink. And then in the middle of singing her birthday, the private party decided to talk on microphone. Not a good idea to sit a large party next to them… they had a whole section at the bottom that they could have sat us at. I was not impressed with the experience and I was very disappointed that they should’ve closed the restaurant if they were going to have a private event. The waiter keep on telling us it was fine dining and it wasn’t even close. The only thing that was good was the crab and seafood dip. That was very tasty. And the drinks are water down and don’t have any alcohol. Priced $16-$24. I feel like I was drinking juice. One thing about DFW they’ll open a new restaurant that looks nice and overcharged people and serve mediocre and call it fine dining.

   The manager and server manny were great I was sad the night had to end! Will be back very soon!!

    First the restaurant charges a cover charge per person $20. The waitress Anita was the best thing about the experience at the Rayleigh Underground! The food was over priced for its taste! Please don’t misunderstand me! I’m use to paying for pricey meals but this food was untasteful! Also, the value for the experience is not worth it! The live music was very nice! Is it worth the overall experience!! Sorry but No!!!
