   It’s always a pleasure to have Katie serve us. Everything was fantastic. The one lower star is that it is always a little cold inside and I’m not one to ever say anything. Look forward to coming again soon!

   We frequent the Tempe and Phoenix locations for family gatherings and work events. They always have better service at those locations and this one has struggled for years. They can’t handle the busy crowds. We had to come here yesterday as the Tempe location had no more reservations last minute. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our pizza to come out. Which was still cooking when it arrived. The runner should have given us heads up that it was hot! Luckily the food was good. Our server Michael was a total jerk. Barely checked on us. We asked for a box and he ignored us and kept helping others. Guess he thought our small order would mean a small tip. When we asked where our pizza was while waiting 40 minutes he said it would be out momentarily and never circled back. Momentarily was at least another 5-10 minutes. Make sure you don’t get him as your server. Customers sitting near us looked miserable waiting for their dinner. Meanwhile an older gentleman/employee was going to tables to check on customers and gave a baby a Spinatos shirt. No one came to our aisle to see how we were doing. This location is run poorly and continues to have an inefficient kitchen. They expanded the dining area outside and still can’t handle capacity. We had to flag down a manager who was understanding and comp’d our meal for the lousy customer service. We hope she can take feedback and make this restaurant as good as the others. We really the old Scottsdale location. This one is in a touristy area and never has had the same charm.

   Waitress busy talking to other waitresses and waiter. We waited 35 minutes for our food and it was not busy at all

   Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and Tristan. Our server is the best server at this location. Reasonable prices, variety of dishes I'll make for a great restaurant.

   Our waitress was awesome-very attentive and proactive. Brought us larger salad bowls to share salad, brought us a box for leftovers, refilled water often. Wish I remembered her name but she was great. Food was great as always.

   Once again we were served by Katie --excellent server with a passion for making your dining experience the best it can be --If there was an award for the best server in Scottsdale she would win hands down

    First time there…..The food was lovely, drinks and service were great but really it is TOO noisy . If we come back we’ll sit outside only .
