   We had a family dinner here with 12 people. We had a great time. Fast friendly service. Everyone’s food was delicious!

   This a great family restaurant while having an old west styled bar aera. Great food, exceptional service! Our server Mara was wonderful.

   Our plates were left on the table long after we had finished eating. I ordered Salmon with crabmeat. I requested that I be allowed to substitute another vegetable for asparagus. I was told that substitutions were not allowed. The last time I ate asparagus, I ended up in the emergency room. So, I changed my order to soup and salad, going from a $32 meal to a $13 meal. The restaurant lost income, the waitress got much less tip, and I had an Easter meal that was disappointing. When a customer has a food allergy, this restaurant expects you to eat it anyway! Disgraceful!!!

   What an amazing dining experience. There were four people who genuinely cared for our dining experience, and that's not counting the professional staff working behind the scenes. The food quality was excellent and served at the perfect temperatures. The ambiance was interesting and relaxing. I would expect a dining experience of this calibre to be in a locale like Coronado Island, Torrey Pines or La Jolla.

   It was very busy at 6pm on a Saturday. The server was good. The salad was fresh. My steak was dry. The rest of my party enjoyed their meal

   The food was wonderful. I hate that they removed the double bone big pork chop from the menu. Our server Crystal was awesome and very attentive.

   Food was excellent. Service was great. Love that Saltgrass is one of the restaurants where I can get points for free meals as part of the Landry’s Select Club. We got $25 off our meal last night. That made everything even better. I also saw a heartwarming thing happen there. An older lady was eating her dinner on Valentine’s Day alone. When it came time to pay she was told her meal was already paid for. A man who was with his wife or girlfriend had paid for her meal. It brought tears to my eyes.
