   The service was A+ great. The food was ok & definitely a bit pricey.. The repurposed building was great, just a bit noisy due to the main street being right outside of the big wall windows. 🤷🏼 They do have a great back patio, which looks to be a fun "group gathering" spot. Especially, when the weather gets to be a bit more summer consistent 🌞 🌃..

   It's probably the most unique dining atmosphere in the county, the food was fantastic, however the service was not to match.

   We ordered the risotto balls as an appetizer. They were bland and overpriced for the portion. The burger and chicken sandwiches were just ok.

   Service: I booked a reservation for a party of 9 on 12/1, and received confirmation the same day and the day before that we were good to go for 12/8. We were near the restaurant and I called to let them know that we were trying to find parking due to the unexpected crowd from the parade. The girl who answered the phone told us that they would not be able to seat us because they were busy, and preferred that reservations are called in to them directly rather than through Open Table because there is a glitch or delay in getting the info to them. That is not our fault that the website has errors, plus how were we supposed to know that? She asked her manager, Sam, to come to the phone and he said the same thing. However, he was able to seat us in the upstairs area, which was quiet and we were able to play billiards and take pics while waiting for our food. Food: This was our first time there. The fig jam burger and honey hot pork rinds were AMAZING!!! The caesar salad was good, too. Most of us ordered wings with different sauces, which was really the only thing that made the wings semi-decent because the meat was not seasoned. Overall experience was good, Sam went above and beyond to accommodate us, and I would return again in the future.

   We were unable to stay at this restaurant with our party of 10. They were unable to find our reservation even though I confirmed through open table. The restaurant was dirty and there were many disgruntled diners. Food was cold and service was unacceptable. Will not be patronizing this establishment again.

   I don’t believe that making a reservation here means you actually have a reservation. Somehow by a miracle a large table walked out due to slow service and we were able to snatch their table for our group. The food was good and the outdoor area is great for kids. Hope they get more help and can make it.

   Food wasn’t very good and the service was decent. We sat downstairs and there were dozens of flies flying around trying to land on our food. Way too expensive for the quality of food. This was my second time here because I was hoping my first bad experience was a fluke. It wasn’t and I won’t be back.

    My friends and I had the best time at The Print Shop. The atmosphere is beautiful and so fun. The restaurant is CLEAN, the service is prompt and friendly, and the food was so. so good. Try the brussel sprouts! I can't wait to come back.
