   The server took 45 minutes to take our order. After finally giving her our order and we ate, it was time to pay. All of the checks included a mandatory 20% gratuity per check, and then a 2.9% charge for credit cards. We were also charged $4 per bottled water. Not everyone knew that there was a charge for the water, let alone bottled water. Then my friend was told that her card was declined, but the charge showed up on her account. The server was polite about it, but made it seem as though my friend could not pay the bill. My friend sent money via cashapp to me to pay. However, when the server returned the bill was $26 cheaper. The server said she took the gratuity off. After doing the math, we realized that my friend’s bill was incorrect. The bill was about $17 more than what it should have been. Plus, there was a cover fee as well! Too much money paid to be charged for water as well.

   RSVP table for my birthday for 15 people just for them to charge us $30 at the door and put me in the back where you couldn’t hear the music or get service. The plan was to buy 2 bottles but being treated the way I was on my birthday I decided to move to the bar with my 15 guest and just make it a night. 0/10 won’t recommend. The worst bday ever

   Great service and great food when they have it. I’ve been to over a dozen different Blue Martinis across the south. They always run out of menu items early in night on weekends. Seems that they have a hard time with anticipating the volume of patrons they have on weekends.

   This venue should not be listed on Open Table. The seating choices on the app do not exist. I booked it a whole week in advance to ensure getting a table near the band. This is the first time ever my Open Table choices were not honored. When we arrived we were told there were no seats left. We were placed in a far back area that was cold like an unheated but enclosed patio. A member of the staff used a remote and lowered all of the windows making it freezing. Many people complained to him and he reluctantly raised the windows half way but refused to close them. We decided to leave and go somewhere nearby with a better experience.

   Blue Martini was amazing place for live music, food, drinks and a place to unwind with class. Great upscale environment❣️

   We came in and no one sat us anywhere. I had to find a waitress to take our order and then after she brought us our drinks and appetizer we never seen her again. It wasn’t even that crowded but we ended up not having dinner or a second round of drinks. So I probably won’t be coming back again.

    My husband and I were invited there for the band’s performance. We throughly enjoyed the band and the food was DELICIOUS, and the drinks were great!!!
