   Our reservation for six was for 7:30 on a busy Saturday night, with a party of 30 attempting to check in before us which appeared to create some confusion at the host stand. We were told we were next in line, but an hour later still hadn’t been notified that our table was ready. Evidently our party got logged as a “no show” so they found a spot for us and our waitress was very apologetic. Unfortunately they dropped my son’s salmon entree on its way out, and forgot to enter my daughters drink so the rest of the table was finished eating/drinking before they received their items and our waitress was really busy with other tables. Seems they have some kinks to smooth out at the host stand, and could use some additional staff for other items, but we will go back and aside from this review, won’t complain about the restaurant :)

   Alexis and Michael went above and beyond to accommodate our party and my daughter’s birthday special! We had phenomenal service and will be back soon!

   We had a group of 10 with a reservation and a toddler that needed a high chair. They put us at a high top table and our toddler could not eat from the table. 3 of our meals came out 45 mins after we ordered and they said the kitchen was backed up so the others would be a little bit still. 15 mins later they told us that there was a mistake and the runner forgot to bring the rest of our meals out. All of our food was cold. Had to ask any time we needed a drink refilled and none of the sides of ranch or mayo came out with our meals.

   Extremely busy.. too busy. It was 40 minutes before we received our first drink. An hour for food. Not sure if not enough staff or just hard for server. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for dinner…

   You can't choose your table, it's very loud all around, my waiter couldn't hear me and got all of our orders wrong. We couldn't keep our table long after eating. Wait time for a waiter was like 30mins. Very chaotic for a family with kids. Pretty expensive and 12 percent tip expected.

   I had a reservation on Open Table with an email confirmation to prove it. The guy at front reservation stand said he couldn't find it. He said he would " work something out". Meanwhile, he continued seating other people. 20 minutes later, and after 3 more times approaching him, he finally seated us. He was not apologetic and acted like he didn't care. Very noisy in the place.

   The store was busy, which is to be expected on a Saturday. It took a little bit for our server to come and get our order, but Phil was absolutely amazing and did a great job. The food was beyond amazing, and the game area was well-maintained and easy to use. We'll definitely be back!!

   Went two times each time got no help from staff went to bar they just walked right pass didn’t even greet one time just kept walking pass had to literally chase one down to even get help with a reservation customer service not all that good there waited awhile at table to order to the point we decide to eat somewhere else but the games are awesome wouldn’t be a place I eat just a place to play

    We met some friends at Dave and Busters for a “date night”. The food was decent and wasn’t out of line price wise. Our Waitress was very nice but wasn’t the fastest-perhaps that was a scheduling issue with not enough people scheduled, I don’t know but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. One thing they really could improve on is every time she/they check on our table, grab some dirty dishes and cups and take them away. We sat with dirty plates and cups for quite some time-basically a full table of dirty dishes and she kept bringing us more drinks that we ordered but never took away the empties/dirties. That would have improved the experience we had there.
