From the OpenTable editors: There’s a swanky Parisian-inspired steakhouse in the belly of The Global Ambassador hotel thanks to prolific restaurateur and James Beard semifinalist Sam Fox. Come for the marble tables and green velvet- and brown-leather booths, and stay for the indulgent French onion soup, steak frites, and king crab bucatini. It all goes down well with a glass of Bordeaux or another stellar French selection that a master sommelier can help you pick. I was just very surprised that an Arizona restaurant did not have fans on its patio. Even more surprised when I looked up and saw heaters. Fans or fans plus misters would have made our experience much more enjoyable

It was bastille day so it was busy. Loved the music / musicians. Food was spectacular. Service was amazing. Could use misters outside or a fan.

Le Ame is a gem hidden inside the global ambassador, more quiet, more reserved that the rooftop Thea, still stylish and elegant. Food is great and the wine list for a top restaurant

The service here is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly, kind & the food was so good! They wrote us a letter for our anniversary and brought us a dessert! Will definitely be returning, especially for the steak frites deal!

We had a lovely evening. Started with drinks on the rooftop bar. Bartender was fantastic, drinks were perfect! Then we went to main floor for our dinner reservation. We had the Steak & Frites special. It was absolutely delicious. Finished with a shared creme brulee which was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful dinner tonight at the Le Ame! The waitress (as well as the entire staff) was incredibly attentive and the food was excellent! We had such a nice girls night out, will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous. We were celebrating my husband upcoming retirement. The staff for amazing very kind to us. The decor is awesome. The food was delicious. It’s probably our new favorite restaurant special things to the host Jason. Thank you wait fabulous unfortunately I cannot remember her name part definitely somewhere I’d like to get a little dressed up for the hotel is awesome as well.

Absolute perfection. We went for my husband’s birthday, had wonderful drinks, the waiter’s suggestions were spot on, and we left happy and full. We enjoyed the attention, real candles and gorgeous setting. Get the roast chicken. The potatoes were unreal.
