   Went with my family for Sunday Brunch. It was a really great time. The vibe with the band playing made the day and experience so much better. Will definitely be going back.

   I had very high hopes. The ambiance was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the music playing from the bar. The food however was fair at best and way over priced for the proportions. Our server was nice but seemed rushed. All in all- disappointing.

   We moved inside due to the wind. Live music, busy evening. Food was very tasty.

   This was our first time at the restaurant. The hostesses were extremely rude. They seemed very put out. They should not be welcoming people into the restaurant. Our waitress was really nice, but seemed like they were short handed. The food was below average and extremely overpriced. One person ordered the mac & cheese that had zero flavor and it was $36. We will not be going back.

   We’ve been long time Jackalope guests. There have been a lot of positive changes, but many fundamentals of service are lacking. We waited a half hour for our drinks and still hadn’t received appetizers or a second drink option an hour into our visit. Our server was lovely but clearly run off her feet. It’s so important for servers to be educated on allergens. She did not know what had gluten and what did not. She tried her best to get information from the chef, but there was a lot of uncertainty which automatically changes the experience. We tracked down another server who was incredibly helpful and put in our second drink orders. The busser, who brought waters, was so considerate and shared stories of how he sees so many drawings left behind by kids and they can be saved. Definitely suggest he becomes a server! Our kids’ food was good but expensive for what they received. Best ambience in the Valley but just wanted an enhanced dining experience.

    We waited a short time to be seated. The restaurant was very busy, but in spite of that the service was excellent. We sat outdoors on the patio and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a bit quieter outside. Everyone enjoyed the food, even my 2 year old grandson. We were celebrating a birthday day and shared a desert at the end of the meal. We would definitely go back again!
