This is one of ur favorite restaurants at the SLC airport. The food is good, the price is reasonable and it is in a central location near the entrance to concourse A. And at a midpoint of concourse A. The service is usually very good and quick.

The system is stupid. You ask us to order online and pay online before we get the food, and including the tips! How do I know how much to tip BEFORE I receive the services? Then a food item is out of stock but you cannot refund me but needs me to go through another hurdle of filling a few stupid forms and yet still have to wait. Til now I still don’t know if I am refunded or not.

We did NOT dine with you. First of all - there was a sign with a QR code showing that we needed to scan the QR code in order to be placed in line. We stood there and complied. While we were doing that, people walked past us at front podium and were seated by the hostess. We looked at her when she returned and we asked if we could be seated. She took another few people to their table and didn’t return right away. She showed up at 10:31 am and told us we could no longer order breakfast. We were there. We were there for breakfast. This was stress that we didn’t need or want on a long distance traveling day (or any day for that matter). So we left. We walked down to Vessel Kitchen where we had a most ENJOYABLE experience. We will be sure to bypass Market Street Grill on all future travels!

I really enjoyed my lunch at Market Street Grill before my last flight. I had the Fish and Chips and they were delicious. I love that the SLC airport has such a nice restaurant to relax in before I take off on a trip.

We are used to the downtown MSG and found this laking. They had a sign out front with a QR code that said that was how you got on the waiting list, and then later the woman at the welcome lectern "no,no. no --you come up here and get on here and get on the list with me". Many people had come up and done the QR code thing. I asked her why they didn't just turn the sign around and she said "the boss yells at us if we do that"'

Our server was the most polite, timely I have met in some time. He was most accommodating to deal with our three meal vouchers from the airlines on multiple mobile devices. Food was great and reasonable. If you have time for a sit down between flights this will be my number one choice.

Very poor service. Only time the server made any connection with me was to take my ID and bring me food. Had to order from a scanner at the table. Never once was I asked how everything was, and I wasn’t even offered water at time of seating. The food was so bad. I ordered a salad with prawns and all it was was iceberg lettuce. I expect to pay higher prices at the airport but this was ridiculous. Super expensive wine, food and bad service. I will never go here again.

Soup looked clumpy and discolored and luke warm: salad greens were wilted. Husbands meal subpar. It was as if we were served left overs from the previous day. We have tried this little place while passing through several times hoping it would be better each time only to find it gets worse. Well, no more. I would rather pack a PB sandwich than dine her again. Don’t waste your money or time.
