   The food and service was great. My only complaint would be that I would prefer to have real silverware and not plastic.

   Great first impression. Staff very personable and helpful for us first timers. Food was great. My grandson loves crab legs and he sure had his fill. Only suggestion is that there be utensils other than forks to open and crack the crab claws and lobster tails. A little challenging without them but it wasn’t enough of an issue to ruin the overall experience which was awesome.

   The food was excellent. My only complaint is that they did not supply a cracker to crack the crab legs until we asked, and the one we received was broken. They also did not provide a crab fork, and it was difficult to extract some of the meat from the crab legs. Not sure why a restaurant that serves lobster and crab would not supply these utensils.

   Food was great, but there were no seafood crackers available for crab legs which made enjoying them a little difficult. Also, made an online reservation that was confirmed via text and email but when I arrived I was told no online reservations for weekends. Luckily there was no wait, but someone should probably explore this for future occasions.

   The food was great, our waitress was great. The only thing that bothered me was it was too cold where we were seated. Next time I will bring a sweater with me. Over all, a great dining experience. My 30 year old grandson was so pleased with his bowl that he ordered.

   We absolutely had the worst service from our waitress that I’ve had in years. We got no drink refills. She did not bring us silverware. She also did not bring the bibs or napkins or a bucket to put our shellfish in. I had to reach out to other staff for us to get basic assistance when she brought the check in the nicest way possible, I let her know that our service was really lacking and she stated it was completely managements fault and took absolutely no accountability for her service. it’s really sad because the food was great, and the service ruined the entire experience.

    This is certainly a different experience. The food is great. Though, my wife makes better "Shrimp and Grits." The boiled seafood was excellent. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, as were the potatoes and corn, but the crawfish was overcooked. For the price, I expected metal eating utensils, not plastic.
